Mental Stress

The Battle No One Sees Mental stress has become one of the biggest and most common struggles of our time. Almost every person is dealing with it in some form, yet most people are afraid to talk about it. The biggest question remains—why? When so many people are going through the same pain, why does sharing it still feel uncomfortable, shameful, or weak?  If almost everyone in the world is fighting mental stress in some way, why do we still feel so alone? Why is it so difficult to ask for help? And why is it even harder to help ourselves and build emotional strength? Mental stress does not come from just one place. It enters our lives in many ways— through work pressure, family responsibilities, worries about children, and problems with one’s spouse. Over time, all these pressures build up.
